The festival has been an institution and beacon for civic pride in the city of armidale for more than 30 years and council is opening float and stall applications now to. Local organisations will showcase their talent via a street parade, including pipe bands, school musicals, school bands, new england conservatorium of music, aboriginal dancers, une colleges, highland dancers and more.
